ERIK PELTON, ESQ.

Erik Pelton helps our Clients protect and profit from their trademarks. US trademark registration provides an economical means of protecting a company's brand names, logos and domain names, from others. In law school beforehand, Mr. Pelton focused on the convergence of new technologies, communications, and intellectual property law during internships for National Public Radio, PBS Broadcasting, and The White House.
